Passwords Anyone?

I know we keep needing more and more passwords as life moves on. Face it. As the Internet gets more and more interactive, the more and more we, the users, have to actually login and create a password. For the heck of it, I wanted to test my PC password strength tonight. To my surprise it not only gave it a low score, but it also wouldn’t accept the whole thing! It limited it to 16 characters. But I found out what makes a good password and, long though it is, my computer’s password just doesn’t cut the strength these days.
So, the place I found was here: http://www.passwordmeter.com. You don’t have to submit the password, it uses JavaScript to analyze the password you type. That ways it stays where only you will see it. But because it limits to 16 characters, I hit the download link and modified it slightly here: http://www.adamh.us/pwdmeter/
So have at it and enjoy trying to find a good simple password that you can use that’s secure.
Inspirational quote for today:
It’s your attitude, not your aptitude, that determines your altitude in life.
