The first installment of the scriptural references, you could say. This one comes from The Book of Mormon (just so you don’t get too confused):

And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord has commanded, for I know the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them.

1 Nephi 3:7

Also something of note: there’s a sign on the road in Dominica that reads “It is not the economy but idolatry clothed in hypcrosy” :P
